HSE Manager

Reporting to the CEO, you will provide advice to the operation to ensure that all Health and Safety matters are dealt with in a proactive manner, developing the site's Safety and Quality Management Systems to ensure that the operation complies with the appropriate legislation. You will focus on improving the facility's Quality and HSE processes by using modern manufacturing and continuous improvement techniques.

Who we're looking for
HNC qualified (or equivalent) you will have worked as an HSE Manager in a manufacturing environment and will be experienced in change management. With excellent interpersonal skills and knowledge of Quality and Environmental systems (ISO 9000:2000 and ISO 14001), you will be a natural problem solver who has used and developed statistical methods for process control and machine capability. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated team player looking for an exciting new challenge in a growing business.
