To support key client accounts withinthe companythrough development and delivery of communications which ensure engagement and alignment of key audiences withthe business strategy and cultural framework. While this is primarily communications with company employees, there are responsibilities within the role for co-coordinating integrated communications strategy and messages across both internal and external stakeholders.
The role also supports the Vice President (VP), CIC, and UK-based Director, CIC, working on a diverse range of high profile projects and events, both planned and reactive, and identifying areas for potential improvement across the communications function and then implementing initiatives to realize them.

Who we're looking for
Looking for a candidate who has the following attributes:
• Relevant degree and provenexposureto internal, marketing or corporate communications.
• Proven knowledge, understanding and proven exposure to communication strategies, planning, channels and effective execution, preferably gained in a large, complex organization.
• Interpersonal and verbal communications skills, with gravitas and credibility when dealing with and influencing senior managers.
• Excellent writing and presentation skills, across a wide range of media.
• Good creativity and exposureto using innovative approaches to deliver increased audience engagement.
• Ability to prioritise effectively and appropriately.
• Good event and project management skills, experience of working on cross-functional global teams and comfortable managing complex projects and processes. Ability to drive delivery to milestones and budget.
• Comfortable operating in a diverse, complex, global and high profile environment. Good understanding of the cultural diversity of a global company.
• Team-player able to operate effectively as part of a diverse, global team. Good networking skills.
• Excellent judgment and performance with integrity.
