The role of the Business Development Manager is to grow the portfolio ofpotential clientsacross Europe with a specific focus on Germany and France promoting and selling activities, tours and excursions at the chosen destination.
As a start up company you will initially open doors and strike deals with identified partnersmanaging theprocess from start tofinish includingthe initial approach, proposal and pitch, to contract closure.When established you will own and manage the accounts andongoing operations through relationship building and close contact involving visiting the client in Europe.You will manage your pipeline and seek new business opportunities whilst consultatively selling the numerous options available and be actively involved with the marketing of the website and online booking system.
Who we're looking for
Fluent German speaker, French a plus. A self-starter/go getter with initiative and experience in business development outsidethe UK marketplace. The ideal candidate will be able to build instant rapport and develop superior relationships, be customer focused with excellent presentation and communication skills and results focused with a passion for travel. Online experience preferred.

What's on offer
Basic salary of between £35,000-45,000 depending on experience + 15-20% bonus and benefits
