Head of Finance

To manage the financial reporting, planning and control of the company and contribute to the overall leadership and strategic direction of the organisation.
• Managing the finance function to provide a quality financial service to the business and its customers (internal and external)
• Reviewing and preparation,of monthly management accounts, including commentary, key performance indicators and variance analysis
•Streamlining reporting processes to reduce time taken to produce monthly / annual accounts
• Preparation of quarterly board papers to report group performance to the Board of Directors
• Arranging and dealing with external audits, including year end and other audits
• Preparation of annual statutory accounts from start to finish

Who we're looking for
Qualified hands on accountant with a proven track record within a commercial environment.
