As a General Merchandising Manager you will have full accountability and responsibility for a large team. In the store you will be judged on your team's achievements and your ability to drive sales, operating standards, retention and development of the "Business Customer".

You will be a highly determined individual striving to be the best at what you do. You will thrive in a fast paced and challenging environment and have previous experience in large volume, highly complex blue chip company. You will be given high levels of autonomy so you will be an ideas person with the confidence to initiate and monitor in store projects.
