A fantastic opportunity for a senior retailer or outlet centre manager to take on this high profile shopping centre for a 12-month period. Delivering support and leadership to your retail partners and in-store teams and developing internal and external marketing and community links, you will have full accountability for the performance of the business.

Who we're looking for
You will be able to communicate effectively and professionally in both the spoken and written word and maintain relationships with senior management, tenants, contractors, local authorities and community leaders and the public. You will be self-motivated and extremely professional. You will lead, motivate, influence and coach others to achieve goals and delegate responsibilities where necessary.

You will have fantastic time-management skills and be able to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines. You will be able to handle and prioritise a multitude of tasks and adapt to change and also be able to deal with the changing needs of owners, tenants, local authorities and consumers.
