My client is looking for driven individuals who have management experience, to join their network of branches. As Store Manager you will be responsible for:
• management of the branch staff which also includes training and development
• meeting targets/KPI's
• maintaining and improving customer service levels within the branch
• adhering to Health and Safety regulations and company processes.
Essentially you will be fully responsible for running the assigned store by driving performance and results, maximising sales, following company standards and effectively leading your store team to ensure the delivery of brand values to every customer.

• is sales and service focussed
• can competently plan and organise own work and that of others with effective utilisation of time
• can effectively manage and develop a team of staff
• has management experience within retail
