Are you looking to join and lead a small team to drive forward and lead on strategies and campaigns? Based in the East Midlands, Your small team is looking for a leader to refresh and revitalise campaigns.You will report to and support the Group of Sales and Marketing Director. You will be required to lead the development of customer insight driven market programs and generate effective marketing programs and contact strategies based on high levels of customer knowledge and insight. You will also develop customer and market insights and analysis that drive actionable decisions and initiatives to generate revenues and cost efficiencies for the groups brands. Also involved in this role as Database Marketing Manager you will support the generation of profitable targeting techniques and campaigns that provide ROI and best value for Groups customers.
Who we're looking for
As a Database Marketing Manager you will need:
• To be a strong communicator and leader with strong influencing skills
• To be results focused
•To have a strong Direct Mailing background.
• To have background in team management in a data driven environment.
• A strong background in developing value and information driven marketing programs
A familiarity with SAS software is of advantage but not a necessity
