You will be responsible for leading and developing a team of high achieving advertising executives as well as driving the revenue growth and ultimately the business forward. Your time will be split between man management- division strategy, budget setting and board consultation.
Who we're looking for
A solid man manager with extensive experience of driving their sales team to meet / exceed targeted revenue. You will need to lead from the front and have the ability to pitch and win individual key clients as well as mentoring and developing a team of advertising executives.
