Job Role
MAIN RESPONSABILITIES:
- Application Management and Administration
Administer the JTI Siebel Analytics and DAC/Informatica environments - (Sandbox, DEV, UAT and PRD) for all 5 Siebel environments
Design and implementation of an optimal data load and aggregation architecture
Design and implement and optimal high availability architecture
Plan and execute disaster recovery tests
Coordinate the daily operations monitoring and status reporting
Analyse and optimize the caching strategy and procedures
System Capacity Planning
- Change Management
Plan and execute all technical aspects of application releases (pre- and post-release activities and checks)
New technical solution evaluation and testing (new hardware and Siebel applications and related software)
Plan and execute the installation and configuration of new technical solutions, environments, upgrades and patches
Design and implement automated application and performance monitoring
Change Log requests creation to be approved by IT Service Delivery
Participate in application change projects
- Maintenance of Analytics and DAC/Informatica technical documentation
The job holder is responsible to keep the following documentation constantly up-to-date :
- Disaster recovery/high availability strategy and implementation
- Technical/operational part of the release process
- Technical landscape and operational processes
- Monitoring tools and processes
- Issue Management
Performs root cause analysis of technical failures
Provide short term solution. Plan and implement long term solutions
Support the TME technical team in issue tracking and issue consolidation and priorization
Provide Add-hoc client support
- Performance optimization
Work in close collaboration with the development team to design and implement solutions to optimize Siebel Analytics and ETL processes performance.
Participate in TME Performance optimization projects
Who we're looking for
IT University degree or equivalent experience
Certified for Siebel Analytics or Oracle BI
EXPERIENCE:
IT experience in international environment
Experience in the administration of Siebel Analytics and DAC/Informatica
- Excellent Computer and Technical skills
- In depth knowledge of Analytics technical architecture, including the Informatica Server, Analytics Server and the Reporting (Web) Server.
- Good understanding of Informatica ETL, mappings, Powercenter
- Understanding of CRM initiatives, industry benchmarks and key success factors/risks.
- Understanding of C&TM IT solutions with emphasis on Analytics and Sales applications.
- Project Coordination and Communication skills
- Teamwork
LANGUAGES: Fluent in english
