Campaign Manager

Temp ⁄ Salary up to 44k.
12 month fixed term contract.

• Extensive practical experience of successful, high-profile campaigning, using a variety of marketing techniques
• Evidence of leading, and working as part of, a multi-disciplinary campaign team drawn from a variety of settings
• Substantial experience of providing high level strategic communication advice in a pressurised environment
• Demonstrable experience of successfully project managing high value marketing campaigns and
• Previous experience of using a range of evaluation techniques to demonstrate success
• Experience of staging media and public campaign launches
• Knowledge of print production, advertising and resourcing campaign materials
• Confident user of e-communication as part of the marketing mix
• Proven ability to handle campaign-related media inquiries confidently
• Previous exposure to both research and social marketing techniques
• High standards of literacy, copy writing ability and proof reading
• Budget management skills
• Experience of working with external suppliers
• Ideally previous experience of Public Sector
• Understanding of communication needs of disabled people and minority communities
• Excellent IT skills and a competent user of all standard office software

The postholder will be highly creative and an 'agent for change', building internal and external capacity for the organisation to reach wider audiences to promote key messages.

You must be able to influence and impact situations, sometimes with sensitivity. There is a lot of relationship building with key stakeholders so you must be approachable and adaptable.
