HR & Training Administrator

Temp ⁄ Circa £17k or the hourly rate equivalent

The role will involve providing administration support to both HR and Training. Daily duties will incorporate:
• Maintaining customer relationships
• Customer administration
• Conducting monthly audits
• Copying training material
• Managing the booking process for equipment
• Note taking in meeting during disciplinary processes etc
• Managing the absence database
• Preparing induction
• Organising corporate inductions
• Maintaining the induction register
