This role will be:
• Formulate integrated communications plans for specific projects or programmes within the global functions, translating business issues into communication solutions
• Ensure these plans are linked to the appropriate overall communications strategy
• Lead and manage a team of three communication advisors and a project coordinator
• Execute communication activities to support programmes, including managing print and production processes, webcasts and intranet communications
Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Communications specialist that has worked on a variety of different projects. With a degree or its equivalent, preferably in English, journalism or a communications discipline, you'll have excellent written and spoken English language skills.
You should have substantial working knowledge of managing internal communications, with experience of developing and implementing communication plans and using print-based, online, audio-visual and face-to-face channels.
Strong influencing, interpersonal and team-leading skills are essential, and we'll expect you to have the ability to develop strong relationships with key clients. You'll also have experience of change management communications.
