As a Online Creative Web Designer you will report directly to the Online Design/ Development Manager. Your creative flair will allow you to design innovative concepts for all new web initiatives. You will also provide work that will represent and enhance the company brand. You will also be looking at the look and feel for all the family websites. Your responsibilities will also include designing briefs, presenting the briefs, reviewing sites and making recommendations, You will also be required to work with other departments on product, with all of this you will be required to ensure the brand online concepts continues to exceed customer expectations in terms of performance, ease of use and presentations by constantly improving the design of the site.

Who we're looking for
As a Online Creative Web Designer of a leading Retail company you will need:
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and illustrator, with a understanding of a HTML. Usage in Flash will be an advantage.
• To have a worked in a commercial environment, with a strong online portfolio
• A natural flair for deign and creativity, a good understanding of colour theory and how this applies to design, a eye for excellent photography; knowledge of how to apply type and understanding of typography.
• A good knowledge of email marketing, tactical campaigns, also being able to resolve creative problems
• a knowledge and involvement in end to end project management
• Keys skills will also include, high motivation, work under pressure, high planning and organisation skills and excellent time management to enable you to deliver high quality work.
