Who we're looking for
Ideally from a food service background as a Restaurant General Manager, but our client is open to strong managers from other areas within retail.
Amongst your skills:
• you will have a clear focus on development and training of your team
• you will set exceptional standards across all areas of the restaurant
• demonstrate first class man management skills and communication
• experience of leading teams to real success
• dealt with a high turnover unit
• A striker for perfection in standards and customer service
• you will have the commercial acumen needed to drive revenue and sales
