Due to the continued growth of my client, a leading Social Housing provider, a scheduler is required based out of their Peterborough office.
This role will involve scheduling repairs for Decent Homes contracts and ensuring they are carried out by on site operatives.
Essential to the role will be your abilityto liaise withoperatives, site managers, surveyors, and tenants.
A proven track record in a similar role and environment is essential.
You should also possess excellent organisational skills, be competent using work and excel, have customer service experience and the drive to be part of an extremelysuccessful operation.

Who we're looking for
As Scheduler you will be proficient in your organisation of labour and materials, have first class organisational skills and have a thorough understanding of the Social Housing market.
