Heading up the site engineering function, you will be hands on and deliver high levels of plant utilisation through effective people management, systems and development projects. The site is highly automated so will require you to develop strategies for improvement. Driven by continuous improvement, you will ensure that the site remains in its market leading position.
Who we're looking for
Qualifications
• Degree or HNCin Mechanical Engineering discipline
• A Proven track record within relevant industry at a management level
• Management responsibility for Multi-disciplined Professional Engineers
• Relevant knowledge in Process or Heavy Manufacturing
• Improvement Processes - Reliability, TQM, lean, best practice
• Prime budgetary control of significant Capital & Revenue amounts
• Strong communicator, able to articulate facts, and influence at all levels
