As Quality Manager you will be responsible forscheduling and maintaining a programme for the monitoring of quality and customer satisfaction across the organisation through the recording and reporting of findings to management.
You will carry out internal audits against ISO9001 and customer expectations andundertake quality control activities as required to ensure standards are achieved and maintained within one of the leading Social Housing organisations in their busy Peterborough operation.
Your input will be essential in increasing the cohesion of the set up in order to deliver a complete Decent Homes stream.
Your presence and proven track record in a similar role will ensure the Decent Homes schemes are completed to the highest possible quality.
Who we're looking for
As Quality Manager you will have a proven track record in a similar role within the Social Housing market and be looking to progress your career with one of the fastest growing providers of social housing repairs and maintenance.
You will have an eye for detail and be committed to ensuring that high standards are met and maintained on a number of Decent Homes work streams.
