Our Client is looking for an Estimator who has worked within the FM sector and has extensive experience of pricing works from labour and materials. Our Client islooking to create a Fixed pricing Book for one of their major clients allowing tem to cease pricing every job individually
Much of the work will relate to the provision of Hard Services, however there is an element of soft services which will also need pricing as well. Works to be priced include major and minor works - these can include but are not restricted to the relocation of offices or desks, supply and fit of new carpet,security, cleaning, etc.
Who we're looking for
We are looking for a confident individual who is able to converse with internal and external contractors in a professional manner.
You will need a background in either FM or be a chartered or Qualified by Experience QS.
