Following a comprehensive training programme, you will take control of a large, high turnover, mixed product superstore. You will be the figurehead of a large management team of retail specialists, driving them to deliver industry leading standards and exceptional financial results. Managing through a core senior team, you will focus them on implementing well defined operational systems, whilst analysing your business and considering new ways to improve the business.

Who we're looking for
This is a very senior role within our client's business, however,this should not be an end point of your career. Our client is keen to meet individuals who are able to deliver across a wide product mix through their management team in a challenging environment. The potential to grow into a more senior field based role is also a possibility for the right individual
