The client needs an individual to set up and develop all areas of compensation & benefits with a complex International Business.

Who we're looking for
Individual will have a broad knowledge of all aspects of reward, previously you will have worked for an business with over seas operations. Working knowledge of - Executive Reward, Long term incentive schemes, Share option plans, annual pay reviews, sales incentive schemes, benchmarking and pensions.
