In order to facilitate plans to expand into new international markets our client seek to recruit an International Account Manager who will play a pivotal role in realising their aims.
The key objective for this role will be to build on the presence already established in a number of markets, and to appoint new distribution partners in order to build a profitable business across the designated regions. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the execution of the International Brand Strategy.

• To manage sales of branded products to existing distributors across region - Germany.
• Identify most effective 'route to market' strategy for new markets and appoint new distribution partners
•Preparation of distribution agreements and contracts
• Responsibility for turnover and profit targets across the relevant markets
• Responsibility for planning and implementation of promotional campaigns in conjunction with local distributors
• Responsibility for forecasting by SKU and value for all markets
• Prepare and deliver effective presentations to distributors and retailers including business reviews, NPD development programs, category information and growth/business plans
• Working with Category Teams on regional NPD programs
• To create detailed sales and marketing reports
• To take an active role in building the profile of the International department internally and externally

Who we're looking for
• International sales & marketing experience a distinct advantage and in particular the management of distributors/agents in an export capacity
• Excellent business skills - presentation, negotiation, account & category management, IT and with an appreciation of International Marketing
• Be able to demonstrate a sustained track record of developing new business in international business
• Highly professional with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Organised, thorough and an eye for detail
• Highly motivated and energetic with the ability to enthuse others
• Integrity and an appreciation of market cultures
• Display maturity and a team ethos
