Job Role
As the Group CFO you will be reporting directly to the main shareholder of the group and to the General Manager. Your principal responsibilities will include the management of all financial aspects for the Group at international level. As the Group CFO you will be directly exposed to M&A processes and you will be actively involved in strategic decisions.
As the Group CFO you will be responsible for the compliance of the Group financial accounts according to any legal regulation at international level and you will have the responsibility to improve the reporting process between subsidiaries and headquarters.
Who we're looking for
The position requires candidates to have a Professional Accounting Qualification and/or an MBA with experience in a similar position. Candidates will possess strong analytical skills combined with in-depth knowledge of Finance within an international company. Experience within the consumer good industry would be of great benefit.
Demonstrable leadership qualities, the ability to remain flexible in a fast-paced and changing environment, and a strong work ethic and drive to exceed expectations are pre-requisites for this position.
In addition, this position requires candidates to be fluent in Russian and English and to have excellent communication skills with the ability to develop and maintain business relationships at a senior level.
