Reporting to the Manufacturing Manager you will focus your attention on all areas of the manufacturing process. Your main aim will be making the operations as effective as possible by identifying and instigating improvements and implementing step changes. You will start by understanding their current systems, current ways of working and the people operating the site.
Who we're looking for
Ideally educated to degree level or equivalent within Engineering / processing / technical discipline, you will be of an analytical mindset and adopt a practical way of working to get the job done. Your background will be in a manufacturing environment and you will have previously coordinated or led process improvement activities, possessing a good understanding of its practical application using continuous improvement methodology.
About our client
Our client based in North Lincolnshire manufacture steel components for a variety of industries and due to an internal promotion they now require a Process Manager.
