Part-time Contracts Manager / Legal Advisor

My client is currently seeking a Commercial Lawyer to support the business withthe varied legal requirements of a growing business. Reporting to the FD the main responsibilities of this role are to minimise and manage risk through the provision of legal support across all areas of the Company.

Duties include:
- preparation and maintenance of standard contracts
- contract negotiation support for the sales & purchasing teams
- investigative work to support projects and new areas of business
- compliance
- communication of legislative changes
- ad-hoc legal advice.

Some travel may occasionally be required to support the sales team with contract negotiations.

Who we're looking for
You will ideally have a minimum of 2 years in-house legal experience preferable gained within the software industry. You will have strong commercial acumen with the ability to multitask.
