To provide an integral service for existing and new client that this Northampton Private Practice will deal with. Acquisitions and disposals of varying values, due diligence and private equity work will all feature within this role.

Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate will be an individual who can bring a strong personality, a proven track record to the existing team and someone who is able to develop a significant corporate practice.
