A fantastic opportunity to be Head of Change for a major Retail organisation in Yorkshire leading transformation across the entire business. Our client is a well known retailer of fast moving consumer goods. They are looking for someone who can work closely with cross-business functions to deliver change cross the organisation working closely with the HR function.
As Head of Change you will be accountable for the successful leadership of change supporting business leads and using the change management strategy. Responsibilities will include stakeholder management, ensuring integration and the implementation of a joined up process and close liaison with all teams in order to create a climate for change.
Who we're looking for
Successful candidates will:
• have proven change leadership experience from either a leading retail organisation or a management consultancy
• have to have experience within the retail industry (the full retail cycle) - including dealing with cross business functions such as finance, HR, logistics and manufacturing.
• have the ability to develop a network of change agents and understand the consequences of change for each separate business area
• have experience with stakeholder management at all levels
• have excellent communication skills and the ability to create and lead change receptive teams
