Warehouse Manager

Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager / Operations Director you will be responsible for the efficient and effecting management of the warehouse operation. You will have have experience in and be responsible for the following:
•Strong pick/pack and fulfilment background, with control over inventory, transport and dispatch.
•Man Management of a large team of operatives, encompassing weekly performance reviews.
• Ensuring all KPI's and service levels are achieved.
•Work flow process improvement including layout, design and systems implementation through WMS and/or RF.
• Strong Customer Focused approach to all elements of the distribution function.

Who we're looking for
You will have experience in bulk distribution and E-Fulfilment within a Retail background with a strong understanding of distribution processes to the retail high street. You will be a leader who has the proven ability to train and develop talent within the operation. The successful candidate will be an advocate for change, through a productivity based approach to process improvement who can communicate and influence both your direct line reports and senior management.
