An excellent opportunity to join a leading Retail organisation based in Yorkshire as a Change Lead working closely with the HR function. Using a clear change management strategy you will deliver change across the retail and manufacturing organisation working closely as part of the HR function.
As Change Lead this will include work on leadership alignment, organisation design, stakeholder engagement, change readiness and delivering change. Responsibilities will include change management performance measurement, ensuring change management is an integrated and joined up process across the organisation and creating a climate for change. You will engagement with programmes and projects to enable the delivery of change and the review of methodology.
Who we're looking for
Successful candidates will:
• have significant experience owning and delivering change within the retail industry - either from a retail organisation or from a management consultancy
• be able to define the roles and responsibilities of the Change team and the integration of roles and responsibilities with a change plan.
• have previous experience of using balanced scorecard
• be an excellent communicator able to build relationships at all levels within an organisation and across multiple functions
• be a team player and leader
