The role of a Customer Advisor requires a person who can maximise sales, who can achieve and exceed individual performance, refer targets through excellent customer service whilst adhering to internal and external regulations, compliance, operational processes and procedures.
Who we're looking for
To be a successful Customer Advisor you must:
• have experience in dealing with a wide range of people in a customer service/retail environment.
• you must have a good sales record
• be a self starter and highly motivated
• you will be able to work in a team but also be effective on your own
• you will be able to adapt to new situations and initiatives
