As the Deputy Manager you will be personally responsible for managing and developing a team within the store in the Store Manager's absence, to grow sales , hit targets and grow the customer base. You will have the autonomy to make crucial decisions regarding department layouts, staff development, product placement and sales driving techniques.
Who we're looking for
You will have previous management experience of running your own solo unit ideally, and from the likes of a non food / food multiple and a fast paced environment. You will have a proven track record in the development of teams and be able to talk through your experiences and knowledge gained.
