We have an exciting opportunity to join the successful Midlands fundraising team for the UK's leading learning disability charity.

In this new role you will manage and develop a portfolio of corporate partners whilst researching and generating new corporate supporters in order to deliver income targets.

You will have excellent communication skills with great attention to detail. You will be proud to represent the charity through networking and deliver presentations at a senior level at the same time as being committed to the regional team's goal.

This role requires experience of working in a corporate environment or in corporate fundraising with the demonstrable ability to form partnerships with organisations and knowledge of the voluntary sector. Above all we are looking for someone with the initiative and desire to make a significant impact within a growing and highly dedicated team.

Who we're looking for
Qualifications & training - Five GCSE's (grade C or above) or equivalent, including English and Mathematics
OR
- Demonstrable literacy and numeracy
Skills & abilities - To have contributed to planning & target setting

- To have written performance reports
Knowledge - A sympathy towardsthe charityand all that it represents

- A knowledge of fundraising ethics and methods

- An understanding of regional fundraising activities: events, corporate and community.
Other requirements Car owner and driver/ access to a vehicle

Willing to work, occasional, unsocial hours.
