My client are looking for a Sales Manager to manage a team of consultants within a largeand luxurioushealth club. Promoting and selling memberships to the leisure and corporate market you will be required to pro-actively bring in new business as well and generate leads from the existing membership database through referrals and member interaction. Exciting and challenging role for those interested in fitness and with a desire to grow a team and be the best within the business. Excellent opportunity for growth within the company.

Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate will have a sales background selling to both consumer and business. Man-manager ideal, passion in fitness desirable, passion for sales essential. Fun and friendly personality with a determination to exceed given sales targets on a monthly basis whilst training and developing a team of consultants. Excellent rapport builder andteam player required.

What's on offer
Basic Salary circa£19,000+ realistic OTE of £27-40,000 + health club membership
