TPM Facilitator

• Proactively support operational teams in implementing TPM tools and techniques, during and related to scheduled "improvement" and "maintenance" time
• Lead and/or facilitate TPM workshops and training in-line with the strategic plan
• Provide support to assist "improvement teams"

Who we're looking for
• HND or equivalent qualification in an engineering discipline
• A proven track record working within an engineering environment
• Ability to coach, mentor and train.
• A persuasive nature and an ability to demonstrate good negotiation skills
• Fantastic communication skills
• Methodical and thorough in approach to all aspects of work
• Knowledge of basic Quality Maintenance tools and techniques
• Good understanding of how 5S can be implemented successfully.
• Good awareness of the 7 wastes and how they can be removed after identification.
• Good understanding of Autonomous Maintenance.
• Good awareness of Effective Maintenance tools and techniques.
• Good knowledge of focused improvement tools and techniques with the ability to facilitate and support those tools
• Knowledge of Task Hazard Analysis procedure
