The primary responsibility of the Store Manager is to take care of the day-to-day operations of the store.They have to set work schedules, maintain inventories, ensure customer satisfaction, implement the layout of store merchandise, and report to top management. They are ultimately responsible for the store's bottom line, and as such must have the right combination of fashion industry knowledge, business acumen, and interpersonal skills to keep the store profitable.
