As Commercial Analyst you will be reporting toboththe Financial Director and Developments Director. Your main duties and responsibilities will include the following:
• Appraisethe financial viability of new sites and projects
• Prepare and maintain the company's business forecast model
• Review the P&L andBalance SheetCash flow forecasts
• Cash flow forecasts
• Variance analysis

In addition to the above you will also be doing somead-hoc statistical work when required.

Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant with strong analytical skills. You will be required to demonstrate an excellent understanding of Excel and other Microsoft products

You will be joining a finance team of 10 in this expanding Education and Travel business based in Norwich. The business hassites across the UK and Channel Islands and is constantly on the look out for new opportunities.
