As Senior Project Manager you will play a central role in ensuring the Northampton region continues to deliver high quality schemes to maximise the available funding for high quality, affordable homes.
You will manage and record the progress of the development schemes from inception to completion to ensure that internal monitoring and external audit requirements are met.
You will possess considerable and relevant experience in the property development process and have thorough technical knowledge of building and the entire development process.
It is essential that you will act as representative and liaise with Local Authorities, Developers, Consultants, Contractors, Residents and Leaseholders.
Who we're looking for
The Ideal candidate will possess:
• Thorough understanding and knowledge of the development process with first class technical knowledge of building.
• Appropriate professional qualifications (RICS, RIBA, CIOB or similar).
• Excellent inter-personal and communication skills.
• A proven track record in the management and development of personnel.
• Thorough knowledge and passion for the Social Housing sector.
• The ability to manage people, processes and budgets.
