Agency Relationship Manager

Our customers trust us to provide the banking products which best meets their needs, so we should expect nothing less from our own suppliers. That's why we need an Agency Relationship Manager. Who else can successfully manage to drive out best value, support new product development and generally ensure our procurement contracts are commercially sound.

Who we're looking for
What you'll need
Naturally, being an Agency Relationship Manager, along with experience in management you'll need extraordinary negotiation skills. You should also be able to demonstrate sound people and project management skills, being able to effective lead, motivate, coach and develop cross-functional teams to deliver results. Being an FSA Approved Person is also a must, and it's up to you to maintain your status. As an Agency Relationship Manager you'll oversee our supplier management framework, which means managing and monitoring our suppliers to ensure they are performing to the standards we set, so that they are as focused on our customers as we are. As our business develops, you'll make sure the arrangements we have with our suppliers continue to meet business objectives, while also seeking opportunities to drive innovation and further value with the supply chain
