National Operations Manager

Managing a national network of 20 branches and a team of over 20 direct reports, you will control a group of dedicated people who provide support to individuals who are seeking employment, with the fundamental aim of helping them find a new job. Key areas of focus include -
• ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT-You will manage the relationships with the relevant government bodies to ensure that they are happy with the level of service your business is providing.
• PEOPLE MANAGEMENT-Helping train, develop and motivate a team of up to 60 individuals, through over 20 branch managers
• COMMERCIAL MANAGEMENT-Whilst our client provides a very worthy service to a disadvantaged part of our community, this remains a commercial venture. As a result, you must control costs and maximise revenues at all time, this is an environment for people with entrepreneurial spirit.
Who we're looking for
You will be charged with driving performance, increasing profit, coaching and developing staff and ensuring all company procedure and compliance is adhered to at all times.
You will be commercial and entrepreneurial, a relationship builder at all levels and above all a fantastic man manager.
You will already be in a multi-site role, preferably from a blue-chip background, and will have experience of working within a very people - and sales -focused environment.

What's on offer
£40,000 - £45,500 + 25% bonus + car allowance + excellent benefits
