Due to the forthcoming retirement of the current Financial Director, the company is seeking to recruit a replacement to join the company at board level and help contribute to the successful development of the business. Reporting to the Chairman, responsibilities will include:
• Overall responsibility for all financial and professional affairs
• Provision of relevant management information to the business
• Managing and developing of a well established team
• Responsibility for the development of the Group IT strategy
• Liaising with all external partners and advisers
• Board level participation in strategic planning

Who we're looking for
Successful candidates will be qualified accountants with very strong people management and interpersonal skills.
The position will require an individual who can demonstrate a broad business understanding and be comfortable working within a people focused company. Strong IT skills would also be useful as the company looks to grow and develop its support structures and processes. You will need to have a passionate approach and will enjoy working in a supportive culture that encourages team and company development.
