As General Manager - North you will manage a number of Contract Managers and also be responsible for generating new business.You will lead a team of managers to deliver the level of service and environment their customers expect. In addition to this you will own the relationship with the local authority, ensuring the relationship remains good and they perceive that they are getting great service.
The operation you will manage is a 24/7 operation, however, your role will be predominantly a Monday to Friday role.

Who we're looking for
We have previously recruited strong retail operators to this role with some success, the key skills required are-
• A strong operator.
• Highly commercial, with experience of managing a profit & loss report.
• Robust people management/leadership skills.
• Recruitment experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Relationship building skills.
