As Business Development Manager you will be directly responsible for an area of over 20 community pubs on the A10 and A1 corridor. You will be tasked with growing the business and driving the sales that little bit further in order to build the image of the pubs in the community. You will lead through your people and be measured against those that you hire to manage your pubs on the ground level. You will report directly to the Operations Director and have regular communication from the Managing Director to ensure company strategy is implemented to the highest standard.
Who we're looking for
• A proven track record in area management essential
• Be able to hit the ground running and make a difference
• The ability to motivate, train and develop a large management team
• A creative approach to sales and marketing

My client has over 200 years experience in brewing and pubs and is set for further expansion.
