As Production Manager you will be tasked with making sure that production, quality and engineering activities are all carried out in a timely manner and to a high standard. With a proven track record you will be expected to lead by example and demonstrate how Lean Manufacturing techniques can deliver significant benefits to the organisation. Well versed in quality procedures and an ability to drive RCA through to completion will be part of your day to day activities.

Who we're looking for
Working within one of the business units based in Leeds the primary function of the role is to provide support to the operations team. You will ensure the production methodology for components manufacture is efficient, cost effective and to the correct quality. You will be expected to lead and manage product and process continual improvements and act as a driving force for the whole team.It is essential that you have worked previously in a CNC/Machining based organisation
