The job holder will have good tactical experience and the ability to team lead a group of specialists. The job holder will have general experience in the Clinical Trial area. The initial focus of this role will be to establish the ongoing processes relating to the development and release of eCRF's (electronic case report forms) using InForm.

Who we're looking for
• General experience in Clinical Trial management activity (or) significant relevant experience over a longer period of time.
• A detailed understanding of the user / business function, work process and key business outputs
• An understanding of the key stages and processes involved in the implementation of eCRF's together with having used formal development life cycle methodologies.
• Experience in development and support activities.
• Prince2 qualified with substantial experience of project management tools
• Good understanding of project management processes
• Ability to act as Manager to direct report, ensuring all team members continue to develop and strengthen skill sets and deliver a strong customer service
• The ability to understand new products and technologies and envisage how they can be utilised within the organisation.
