You will be reporting into theManager of LEAN & Six Sigmaand willbe responsible for developing the programmes and tools for implementation of the overall Vestas strategy. You will provide expertise and support in all LEAN & Six Sigma topics, including referring Must Win Battles. You will train and coach general production and Supply Chain employees in LEAN & Six Sigma tools, LEAN Assessments' and Continuous Improvement Circle as well as conduct the certification and re-certification in these tools. You will be the advisor and leader of Suppliers LEAN & Six Sigma workshops and also provide support in the PPAP training.
Who we're looking for
You will ideally have a quality background in either the heavy engineering, Automotive or Aerospace sectors, have worked with complicated supplier structures and be qualified in LEAN / Six Sigma Green Belt.You must have worked with Moderation Tools, VSM, LEAN and continuous improvement and be able to demonstrate how you have successfully provided support and development influencing both internal and external relationships.
