This is a proactive sales management role. The Head of Business Development will be responsible for training, coaching and delivering a successful motivated team of salespeople across the Midlands.
The role will involve recruiting and managing a regional sales team including setting targets and strategy. Working from Birmingham, you will be expected to support the team on new business meetings.
