You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of National Wholesalers (foodservice), Major Pub & Restaurant Groups with a total value of over £2m. With full P+L responsibility, you will be targeted on volume and profit growth, business retention and gaining incremental business. Additional areas of responsibility include:
• To continually assess the customers menus and ranges in order to offer them the products to grow our mutual business

• To identify new National Account Customers whose food requirements can be met by the Group

• To work closely with the sister companies of the Group to identify new products suitable for the customer base

• To work with key suppliers with NPD capabilities to develop new products to meet the market's needs

Who we're looking for
You must have meat and poultry experience to qualify for this position. In addition, an understanding of the seafood business is an advantage. You will also be accustomed to managing National Accounts in your current or previous role, and have a successful track record in managing a P+L and growing business.
