As the Commercial Director, you will work in close partnership with other members of senior management to develop and deliver business objectives. You will have extensive interaction with clients and partners to develop strategic plans which are in the commercial interest of the business and the stakeholders.
You will take a proactive role in developing business lifecycle processes which align with the groups strategy and performance targets. It will also be your responsibility to lead and advise on the legal structures of SPV's and Joint Ventures, quantifying and mitigating risk whilst exploiting potential reward. You will be an integral part of the organisations commercial team supporting the wider interests of the business moving forward.
Who we're looking for
The ideal Commercial Director will have an in-depth knowledge of providing commercial management to extensive military support service contracts. You will have the ability to develop strong customer partnerships, through high value complex contracts. Ideally have an understanding of both government and non-government environments where political dimensions may be critical. You will need to have strong negotiation skills backed up with analytical and logical reasoning.
