Based in London, the Operations Manager will work alongside the Director of Operations to share day to day responsibilities for this Designer Fashion business.The role entails managing all aspects of the business from overseeing logistics, to working on budgets with the MD, understanding the costings of the collections, producing stock figures for the accounts and consistently maintaining excellent, professional relationships with Designers and clients alike.
Who we're looking for
My client is looking for someone who would be trained by the Director of Operations to become a part of the successful team, someone who would grow and develop internationally with the business.
They are looking for:
- Good negotiation skills
- Management and people skills
- Strong communicator
- Excellent with figures
- Fast learner
- Good education background
- Open to travel to Milan and Lugano when necessary
- Italian language would be an advantage
Experience:
- Operations experience within Luxury Fashion
