As the Operational Performance Manager - North East, You will be responsible for managing a large group of supermarket catering outlets, reviewing service delivery and operational performance ensuring compliance at all times.

• Experience of managing people.
• Experience in managing multiple sites and clients.
• Managing local client relationships.
• Delivering operational changes.
• Can do attitude.
